REGISTRATION PROCESS
TO BEGIN: Create a Non-University Login
When prompted, select Non-University Login (for community members)
Then select Create a New Account at the bottom of the prompt.
ABOUT YOU: This year you have the option of a parent/guardian registering for their camper OR the camper registering as a minor (under 18) for themselves. Choose whichever option best fits your situation and know that the email associated with the account will be out main mode of communication with whomever registers.
Then fill out the About section with your personal information (as prompted)
Once you submit your about information, you will receive a code via email and be prompted to put in a code on the registration email into the registration portal. Find that email from the email sender Ideal-Logic Support. Once you find the email containing the code, input the code on the registration portal.
After you put in the code from your email, you will be prompted to set up a password. You will need to create one and input it twice to confirm, then select Continue.
Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length and follow the limitations you on the registration portal.
STEP #1: Register Your Camper
Once you have created your account, you will need to LOGIN using the username and password you have just set up.
Once logged in, you will be prompted to register for Me or A Child or Dependent of . . . (choose whichever option best suits you)
You will then be prompted to select a camper profile, choose the option available that you set up in your account creation.
You will be prompted to select the GRADE LEVEL; select whichever grade your child we be going into in August of 2024.
Once you select the grade level, select NEXT at the bottom right of the screen.
STEP #2: Registration Details
You will then need to select whether your camper will be In-Residence / On-Campus or a Commuter / Driving to Campus Daily; select NEXT in the bottom right corner when you have selected a camper type.
Click the NEXT button in the bottom right corner of the dialogue box
STEP #3: Participant Information
You will then be prompted with a PARTICIPANT INFORMATION screen:
Select the camper's GENDER or enter your own.
Select the camper's GENDER PRONOUNS or enter your own.
Enter the camper's SCHOOL / Home Campus (i.e. Commerce High School, etc.)
Enter the camper's T-SHIRT SIZE; these are the sizes our shirt supplier offers, please choose the most appropriate size for your camper.
Upload the camper's HEADSHOT; this is required for you to reserve your camper's spot at LTC 2024. Feel free to upload a headshot captured at home if a professional headshot is not an option.
Enter your GUARDIAN(S); add the people who you will want to have access to picking up your camper in the case of an emergency.
Enter your CONTACT INFO; use the phone number that you will want us to use in the case we need to contact you with camp information.
Enter your physical ADDRESS.
Enter your camper's HEIGHT, HAIR COLOR, and SHOE SIZE.
Click the NEXT button in the bottom right corner of the dialogue box
STEP #4: Guardian
Next you will be prompted to enter GUARDIAN INFORMATION for each guardian listed:
Select / Confirm Guardian 1's EMAIL ADDRESS
Select / Confirm Guardian 1's RELATIONSHIP to the camper
Select / Confirm Guardian 1's PHONE NUMBER
Click the NEXT button in the bottom right corner of the dialogue box
STEP #5: Questions
Next you will be prompted to answer the QUESTIONS section:
Select the camper's PRIMARY AREA OF INTEREST; Acting or Technical Theatre
Input the camper's 5 MOST PREVIOUS ROLES (Technical or Acting); please include the title of the play or musical to which the role was attached.
Input any SPECIAL SKILLS that the camper may have; this includes playing an instrument, juggling, gymnastics, etc.
Input your THEATRE DIRECTOR'S NAME
Input your THEATRE DIRECTOR'S EMAIL ADDRESS
Input your THEATRE DIRECTOR'S PHONE NUMBER
Input any ROOMMATE REQUESTS (first and last name) you may have. NOTE: We cannot guarantee your roommate request, but we will try our best.
Select any SPECIFIC DIETARY RESTRICTIONS you may have.
Select if you require ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) ACCOMMODATIONS such as Wheelchair Access, ASL Interpreting Services, etc.. NOTE: If your child has an IEP with their respective school districts and you are unsure if your child qualifies for camp accommodations, select YES and we can reach out and verify.
Read and review the CASTING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT statement
Read and review the MAKEUP ACKNOWLEDGEMENT statement
Click the NEXT button in the bottom right corner of the dialogue box
STEP #6: Consent
Next you will be prompted to answer the CONSENT section:
TALENT RELEASE FOR CAMPER: Please read talent release carefully and confirm your consent by TYPING YOUR FULL NAME in the prompt space.
WAIVER, IDEMNIFICATION, ASSUMPTION OF RISK and MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION: Please read agreement carefully and confirm your consent by TYPING YOUR FULL NAME in the prompt space at the bottom of the form (you may need to scroll to the bottom to see the prompt space).
Click the NEXT button in the bottom right corner of the dialogue box
STEP #7: Review and Submit Registration
Next you will be prompted to REVIEW the previous steps (Step #1 - 6).
If you have any blanks in your registration form, they will be identified with a RED "X"; please go back to each respective step/section and complete the respective field.
If you have ALL REQUIRED FIELDS COMPLETE, there will be a statement at the top of the dialogue box to identify your completion
Once you have ALL FIELDS COMPLETED, click the green SUBMIT REGISTRATION button in the bottom right of the dialogue box.
TO CONFIRM Your Camper's Reservation
Once you have submitted your registration, there will be a dialogue box the will prompt you to SUBMIT YOUR DEPOSIT / PAYMENT of $400.
Your registration WILL NOT BE APPROVED until payment is received.
Go to boxoffice.tamucplayhouse.com to submit your deposit of $400 via credit card payment.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: We cannot fully reserve your camper's spot until registration information online AND payment are BOTH RECEIVED.
YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL when your registration and payment have both been received and your camper has RECEIVED APPROVAL from the Camp Director(s).
